I had put in my search at job site for a customer services job, due to the fact I'm not a lazy person on jsa but I'm currently ill from an operation and the only type of job I can do is customer services.

I'm glad you told me because when I rang up to arrange an interview she said all I needed was my cv, which I found a bit wierd because not only do you need that but you must have a prof you're from the uk or you can work in the uk, but I was planning to take that with me just in case, from reading everyones comments I've noticed not once during interviews did anyone say did they ask you to fill in the relevent legal forms of if you have been in jail etc.

thanks to your help on this I realised I was wasting my time with this company, I don't know if it was my error though, miss reading there information due to my dislexia but the search key did include customer services.

I will continue doing what I have been doing which is looking and keep looking and I'm so glad I decided to do research on this company instead of wasting my money.

Apologies for using my grandsons facebook. I am too old and tradition for this.

My Granddaughter work for Midlands Consultancy Centre for a number of months. First on the field doing sales but then in the administration team. This business model although unethical is legal and works and gives a good opportunity and my granddaughter still to this day beleives it gave wonderful experience.

The problem I have with this business model is they let anyone run a company. the PER DM group will give a company to anyone with any sort of team doing sales making them money. My grandaughter was viciously exploited. She was paid under the nation minimum was by her managing direct Darren Turner. She was working 10 hours days from 7:30 in the morning till 4:30 at the earliest and sometimes up until 6:30 where she got paid a measley £180 a week which is illegal for her age. My grandaughter loving her job and being very good at it (number 1 administrator in the UK for 15 weeks in a row) never told her family as Darren Turner had convinced her that they were business partners and it would be worthwhile long term. This got worse to worse week to week. Her pay going down. She went on a holiday with her friends like most 19 years olds do and never got holiday pay. She had a week of sick as she contracted chicken pox and she was accused of lying and upon evidence she was denied statutory sick pay. She was asking her family for money just so she could get to work. I feel sickened as she was treated as a salve.

My Granddaughter finally acknowledged that her boss Darren Turner who once was consider as a friend was using and abusing her loyalty and handed in her notice. She worked her 2 week notice period and didn't get paid a penny.

This exposes Darren Turner is a vile man who would sell his own family for a coin but what makes this worse was when others found out she was being exploited instead of helping my granddaughter she was offered rival positions for people who are supposed to be Darren's friends. It must be a horrible environment to be in.

Darren Turners manager Hector and his concurrent manager Josh Cote both made false promises of trying to help my granddaughter, with Josh Cote even offering her a payrise to work for Ben Lambert. I could not understand this but as my grandaughter explain Josh makes more commission from Ben that Darren. This is sickeneing as nobody cared about a 19 year old girl being exploited and working for free.

The Per DM group itself isn't a scam but alot of the managers in it are.

Hang your head in shame Darren Turner, I hope your family are proud of your actions and how you treat others.

My Granddaughter won't get a penny even though she was promised to be paid 1,000 which is still outstanding in an EMPLOYED ROLE. We dont want the money we just want the world to know who can and can't be trusted.

Late, yes, but Kev Kelly is not Kev Oniel, but he does also work there (well, did) and was an assistant manager (as they put it).

Oh, and just to note, I used to work for P & D marketing, was in the same office and Kev O'niels company whatever he called his, and I worked for a guy called Steve Powell. This was years ago now ... 3 - 4 years.

Last week I saw Steve Powell, was he rich and sitting in a big office like he used to promise us we would be? LOL, he definitely was not, he was stood outside a train station, on his own, trying to sell eon energy to passers by, and repeatedly getting ignored. He noticed me and asked me what I was doing now, and I told him I now work in HR for Land Rover, and his face dropped. !!!!!

Scamming companies who use impressionable young people and promise them riches and all they get it overworked.
