What a great achievement :T.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Contacted RBS yesterday to discuss closing the mortgage. Once the balance is paid today need to contact them on a special number to close account and they will start the ball rolling to release their hold on the property via the land registry and get the deeds despatched (for free).
OH is off today and I finish at noon so we will be off to the bank in the afternoon to pay off the remaining balance. Should be all sorted by around 2 pm!
