cancellation problems

:hello: everyone I need some help please. I tried to phone 3 twice last night to cancel contract to no avail. I dont want a new phone, dont want a new price plan just want to cancel is it really that hard. I could not get a word in edgeways and was spoken over even declined a manager to speak to. What am wondering is can a cancellation notice be trusted to be done in a letter.

Many many thanks for any replys.

  • Nope, 3 should be fairly easy to cancel. Just say I want to cancel a few times, they will do it.

Use there form on the website to send and email or send one in writing. Your contract does state the cancellation must be done in writing. And they should have told you this when trying to cancel on the phone.

There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies
