1, If the Economy 7 was coming on between 6 - 12 then any electric used in that time would have been at the lower rate. Maybe you should correct your post to say that your heating was coming on between 6-12 not the economy 7?

2, Yes probably, I dont know you so I cant say definately.

3, The clue is in the name, Economy 7 - that means 7 hours of cheaper electricity

1 - what its used for is unimportant to the clock
2 - for once your right
    definitely.
    3 - unimportant detail

Why is your economy 7 being on for 6 hours an unimportant detail?

I would have thought its a major detail seeing as you should be getting 7 hours of the cheap rate instead of 6, but if you want the supplier to short change you and think its unimportant then I guess thats up to you.

Why have you posted a link about Economy 10 thats a completely different system again.
    Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently! ;)

Because i wasnt getting ANY cheap rate leccy to the biggest appliances in the property was I, they were getting peak rate units only

    See above, same answer

The supplier "short-changed" me (over charged really) by £277, 6/7 hours isnt the issue as is quite plain from my previous posts

Kimyeovil claimed im a fraud, im actually a victim of fraud

ok guys, my meter was faulty... they said i owed £1500 but after being calculated properly im £32 in credit, however ive been called a liar, been demanded money from, threatened with warrants etc etc the whole thing has been a joke so im still pursuing my complaint as it's been very stressful, there complaints guy was actually yelling at me the other day saying that i wouldnt be in credit even if it was found faulty

hes apologised but i don think this is good enough

my old meter was going at 207% so i was paying for 4 years 107% more than i should have been :(

what do you guys think? it has been mega stressful, 'inconvienient' doesnt sound strong enough

also last week a lady from there debt collections department called me demanding money and wouldnt even listen to my story about the complaint and then refused to give me her last name (i found it out though)

the whole things been a mess and i dont think i should let this lie, what are your thoughts peeps?

If you think the timeswitch is faulty just ask for a meter exchange? Or not.

Telephone and speak to your case/complaint handler and ask them to put some sort of block on your account whilst you rectify the issue?
