    pap & sally.

When I was about 4 months pregnant I won a mooncup, possibly the least useful thing I could have won... and now I wonder where the heck I put it! Good luck with your competitions.

:rotfl: Cat, amazing eh, I remember when I was young I entered a competion to win some stationary. Ended up winning a toiletrie set, I cryed my little heart out. Mum loved it though as she could only afford value/cheap stuff so it was luxury for her :D She did buy me a huge choc bar in return, well I say huge but it was only 4 squares but when you are little everything is huge :rotfl:

Ohh Spud, it might not get caught then, fingers crossed

When one of my friends died, I wrote to the "meatloaf" fan club to see if they had any signed piccies the could send to friends 2 boys who were huge fans along with their dad...just wanted to do something nice for them....

Got a call from friends wife about 3 weeks later saying she'd had a card about "unpaid duty"...she'd been to the post office and there was a huge parcel there with £68 to pay on it ....She said she couldn't understand it as it was from the meatloaf fan club and she'd not ordered anything...I gave them a call and they were mortified and paid it for her...they'd sent tons of stuff, piccies, posters, hats, t-shirts, cds and Mr Meatloaf had written the boys a letter saying how proud he was to have such young devoted fans and how sorry he was to hear about their dad....

I think the fan club learnt a valuable lesson on how to label international parcels :D
