Asda (santander) credit card check your statment

OH fiddle, have they now taken the 1p off the fuel? I've got the old card and tbh it's the only thing I use it for, it was great when it was at 2p, reasonable-ish at 1p, but now it's gone, I'll give them back the card and use my Te$co one instead.

I don't remember getting anything in the statement to say they were taking away the discount, need to fill up soon, can anyone confirm?

My mother used hers today at ASDA and still got the 1p off. Nothing to suggest its going anytime soon AFAIK.

I have had the added interest earlier in the year, which also was refunded.. albeit begrudgingly,

I pay of the full amount every month on time, but i noticed last month and the month before i had a late charge then a reversal, as it was automatically reversed i have never called them up..

The 2 things i looks out for now on my statement is interest and a late charge..

I have'nt had my vouchers yet or my statement but I'm due about £43 too give or take a few pence.
I spend about the same and pay off each month too.
The thing that gets me is that they always seem to not award any points the month before the vouchers are issued no matter how much I spend.
Last month I made a couple of large purchases totalling over 2k and did'nt get any points for them so I don't understand how it works.
They seem a law to themselves.

Hi all,
Just been in touch with Santander card customer services as my refund of charges still hasn't appeared on my online statement. They said they are still working on it and hope to refund all customers charged in error
by their December statement. I have no confidence whatsoever in their ability to fulfil this claim as I suspect they don't really know which accounts were charged in error in the first place.
One email from them stated the problem had been resolved on Nov 5th, so
why no refund yet?
Anyway, I've received my vouchers (£14),so I'll avail myself of 3 bottles
of wine for a tenner and drink to their incompetence!

Incidentally, I see Santander cards have just won an award for best credit card provider!!!! (There must be some bad ones out there....)
