Seat belt tickets are £60 but don't carry points.

Each faulty light, well the offence would be no brake lights. The 3rd don't count.

My guess one ticket £60 and three points for using a vehicle in a dangerous condition.

If she has a crash then clearly the consequences may be a lot worse than a thousand quid fine.

Police can only ticket for one child.

Crash, possibly death by dangerous driving= disqualification from driving and a maximum of 14 years in prison.
