E2save - Which bill to send for cashback

Can anyone advise?

I received a D600 refurbished deal from E2save. The invoice is dated 1st March

but I got my phone a week later - The cashback deal says send in June Bill. (4th bill) but this is only the 3rd physical bill I've received. I have paid 4 month's subscription.

Is this the correct bill to send out?

Also can anyone advise the best way to submit this bill.

e2save are the most confusing when it comes to knowing which bill to send in. I had the same trouble as you, and was sending in different bills to the ones they wanted, even though they were correct (physical number bills). always best to call them and confirm.

(send your bill recorded delivery to the address stated on the voucher booklet. photocopies only (first two pages will do))

My O/H got exactly the same deal, he also received the phone in march.

He received some info with the handset and cash back vouchers confirming that he should send his June dated bill, October and February dated bill.

Dont forget they need the 1st 2 pages of the invoice and definatley send it recorded delivery.

For further information log into your e2save account by using your order number and or email address/mobile number.

The click the cash back tab which will confirm which bills need to be sent back.

DONT FORGET TO INCLUDE THE CASH BACK VOUCHERS. If you need them like he did they can be downloaded from E2 saves website.

dont forget also people who got there phone at the end off march i.e 28th and did not recive a march bill because i.e orange added a few days on to the aprills bill still send in junes bill ,thats what ive been told , dont forget to fill in the cash back form in capital letters and send it recorded delivery.

I got a e2save phone on march also, waiting for my june bill to come through and send it in, fingers crossed.
