    Hmm, high level complaints teams tend not to have numbers to ring. For any company it is the same... If they did the lines would be clogged up all day with people that have very minor issues. You need to log a formal complaint to get to that level which could take a couple of weeks.

    I am currently having terrible problems with Virgin Media too. I've never found a complaints tel.no. (to at least a reaonable mid-management level) or any formal complaints procedure which any reputable company should have. Here are the steps I am taking:

    I have sent a very precise, professional letter of complaint - stating the exact problems and my expected outcomes - to their Swansea complaints office. (Virgin Media, PO Box 33, Matrix Court, SWANSEA, SA7 9ZJ).

    Since I don't have the remotest hope of a reply, let alone a resolution I have indicated (c.t. on the letter) that it is copied to my MP, Which? Legal Services and OFCOM. So - unless a miracle happens - they will be my next contacts.

    I have also written to the Office of Fair Trading and additionally to my local newspaper on the subject.

    I consider that the real problem lies in the fact that Virgin have no proper formal complaints procedure.
