Recently got this phone as an upgrade and my wife has found it to be completly impossible to use, took it back to the shop the very next day and asked to refund/return the phone on the above grounds and was told that the shop doesnt allow returns or refunds "its company policy".
Is there anything i can do?? all i want to do is change the phone to a nokia or something else that is easy to use...
