Transfer Contacts Nokia to Samsung

Hi All

Took out contract with BMP.net and just got Samsung Tocco Lite and need to transfer contacts, photos etc from Nokia 6300 to Tocco Lite.

Anyone assist with the easiest way to do this please, thanks in advance.
