Orange Hidden Charges
For the last 8 months I've been being charged £4.26 each month for an unlimited off peak data bundle that I was never informed about. I never really paid much attention to my bill so I didn't notice before. I phoned them up today to complain and they said they can stop any further bills but they can only refund the past 3 months worth of charges; is there any way I can get the other 5 months back?

Not sure, did you forget you agrred to it or a free trial, but i know Orange would use the defence you should have checked your bill. Jon 01 could probably provide a good answer.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0

Yes, that's right. They will only refund 3 months. It's up to you to check your bill each month not once a year, sorry...0
