O2/CPW Ending a contract early
I've been on a Carphone Warehouse/O2 contract for the past 12 months (of an 18 month contract). I'd like to end the contract early and switch to Pay as you go, mainly as it would work out a lot cheaper. I wondered if anyone knew if I would be able to end my contract early? I've heard that you can end the contract by paying the monthly fee as a one off payment but I'm not 100% on that one.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Mike.

All you need to do is pay off what ever's left of the contract, so if you've 6 months at £20, it would be £120.
You may not have to pay the vat on that, I'm never sure ??0

As above, but why would it be cheaper to pay off the contract and get a PAYG. Since you would be losing out on 6 months of service you have paid for?Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0
