This is going to take some adjustment....I'm still reading Lemonjelly's post in a female voice which goes under a transformation halfway through to a male one and finally ends up sounding like The Chipmunks!
Heck Sue, I'm utterly confused with it all now. Is/are lemonjelly and inspector monkfish one and the same or are they infatuated with each other? Is he/she/they male, female, in between or just not sure.
I'm blowed if I know. Think I'll just spend the rest of the evening trawling back through the board to try and find the red herring that may have sent me in the wrong direction.
The thought of your voice wavering all over the place to a lemonjelly post has me in stitches though. :T0 -

I can assure you we are not one & the same. For a start, I would NEVER wear a Villa tie;)
In addition, posting history will show the inspector kindly/vainly trying to educate me on economics....

I am not talking about somebody who was dressed up to go to work and drop their child off at the nursery... no, I was talking about a girl in her early twenties who looked like she sat on her backside all day, smoking. I was in no way making assumptions.. she thought more of her fags, simple as. I have nothing against smokers, mum has been one all her life, my DH was one up til a year ago, MIL and FIL smoke.0 -

Yeah, good logic that. Kids never want to spend their own money but someone elses whilst keeping a tight grip on their pennies. The kid in question never kicked up a fuss when her mum said no, like she was resigned to the same answer.0 -
