Go to the manufacturers website and see if you can download the latest graphics drivers?

the data on your hard disk could be still corrupt and have a lot of bad sectors on it run a scan disk and then defrag your drive you should always defrag your drive after installing an operating system or any program not defragging can cause your computer to behave strangly and make your drivers conflict with each other what kind of graphics card do you have have you set your graphics software as a startup item i recomend you get rid of the graphics driver you installed defrag windows then download and install each version of drivers for your graphics card one by one starting from the oldest to the newest defregging each time then you make sure you set your graphics software as a startup preogram and then reboot your pc let me know if this helps i have more ideas if this dont work

Usually at 39 minutes of install time remaining for me there is something that I have to do to make it continue, such as set the time or location/drivers...maybe it is simply this box that is not displaying...try clicking roughly where you believe the accept/skip box should be

After a quick search this seems to be a very common problem, maybe you could read through some of these posts to see if any of the solutions work for you
