replies and unread posts

Where can I find these.Yes I can see when I go into each forum that my unread or in bold but maybe a link to them all and also one for any rreplies to my threads?Is this already on this site?I real;ly like what martin has done with this site and think its a great forum I do however find it hard to navigate through as there is so much content.

Click on your user name. Click on view public profile. You can now find all your posts

I do it a similar way I scroll down find my username and then click on it and then go to show all posts by hyposmurf.This then gives me a list of all my posts,so I have to then scan through each post hitting the back key to then go through my other posts.This is quite a slow method.Surely if there was just a button to push to just read replies to my posts?Sorry to be critical,but I find it quite frustrating,surely the way we are doing it is incorrect,how do you manage to see if your post was replied to when youve made thousands of posts?
