my dad has 2 mobiles with t mobile which he regularly has spent upto £100 every month. His contract is at an end and retentions offered him line rental at £27 each mobile and 2 nokia 6280 on 18 month contract on the flext 35 deal. Should he push a bit more or do you think that this is a good retention deal from t mobile.

get him to contact some other mobile phone companies and tell them what tmobile has offered....if he's a high spender they may match or even offer better...then he can go back to tmobile and state what he's been offered and see if they will better it......I know someone who recently done this and ended up with 6 months free line rental (non cashback) at their current tariff on O2.
The deal offered is quite good as the flex 35 is a £8.00 saving, but does he need two phones which will be at £27 each...mind you, that is £54 for a potential 1800 minutes a monthWelcome, rogerramjet.
