I have the same problem , my daughter just turned 11 this month , so had things for her birthday , Asked what she wants for xmas and she has no idea , doesnt need slippers , dressing gown etc , I will get her a Jewellary box for her collection of earrings tho .
MIL keeps asking also and she told her i dont know ! Gift cards are a good idea then they can look after xmas or later when they need something .
My other daughter is 13 and is having her bedroom done , new bedding , mirror , curtains , computer chair etc , but younger daughter doesnt want that :rotfl:0 -

How about:
subscription to her favourite magazine
body shop basket
new look vouchers (for the sale!)
cinema voucher
make up (lip glosses etc)
pj's
music
phone top up voucher
paperchase notebooks
fancy pens
nail polish
manicure set
face masks
Sorry, I can't think of anymore right now. I'm a little short on time. I hope it gives you a little inspiration. x0 -
I turn 30 on Xmas day and I still have this with my mum! For about 20 yrs she has asked what I want and I have said I don't need anything! I think at 11 money is quite a nice present, then she will probably want presents again in a few years, thats what I did anyway. This year I genuinely don't want anything, so she is going to post my ice skates to me, which will cost a bomb:eek:0

Thats a point, does she have a hobby? I got extra skating lessons one year.0

we saw the knitted character on the gadget show tonight!!
She may not need anything but she will always need toiletries, so as your not buying endless plastic tat you can spend a little more on a few luxuries,
my daughter always drools over my stuff from Lush (https://www.lush.co.uk)
last christmas we picked up a few bits everytime we were in town and made a little hamper... but they also sell boxes full of stuff at every price from £5 to whatever you want to pay
she may not want any toys... but a relaxing gorgeous smelling bath is always welcome!
maybe you could make a theme of it, with the slippers, new fluffy dressing gown (primark do great ones, as do peacocks)0 -
I have one who doesn't ask for anything too - it's a great thing!
She just turned 12 and got a unicycle, some books, a CD and a board game for the family to play together. Seemed very happy with her haul.0
