said on the site you are unable to buy multiples of the same gift as once the first voucher is used the computer will null and void the others, would not recommedn using them as gifts as person will be charged!!!Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. I don't think this is right, I ordered 2 beauty treatments and they have different voucher numbers on them, so surely both can be used.0 -

Hi
Has anyone been able to book a haircut yet??
Have been trying the number on the site but can't get through0 -
Got two vouchers as well and received it + 10% off card. Brilliant find!
Thanks!May 2013:0 -
Sorry folks but I still think you are mad giving these as giftsDon't touch this bunch of cowboys with a barge pole! I booked 2 different deals back in March (and must of spent over £5 in phone calls) and got nothing out of them still!!!
BTW the 2 deals were for haircut and photo shoot.
But to give someone a "dubious" gift is a bad idea IMO.
Of course if you know your local salon works with these vouchers, then that's all fine and dandy, but these offers seem to often go wrong.
BTW - I'm putting this up to help people by warning them, rather than to scaremonger
Ignore if you like, but don't knock people who are genuinely trying to help.
Polite disagreement is fine with me, but keep it friendly.
BTW - I have had a great hircut from the hairgroup, but that salon is no longer a memeber, sadly.
I'm sure the offer will work fine for some folks, but may not for others and as a gift I think it leaves a nasty taste if things go wrong.0 -
Not sure how helpful this is to anyone but I got my hair voucher delivered last Thursday and desperately needed my hair cut for my graduation on monday so when I couldn't get through to the hair group number I just searched the nearest hair group affiliate on the hair group website - this was listed as the town beside me - then called all the salons in the area to ask if they were a member of the hair group. Call five was the lucky one and they said yes and I booked an appointment for the next day and just brought in the voucher that was sent in the post. no problem whatsoever, the salon accepted it and i didnt have to send it off. Worth a try if there are ten or less salons in the area you're looking in.0

Well I rang today.
First attempt they were too busy but I left a message.
I was suprised to get a call back within a few hours.
They have a beauty salon close to where I work, so they've taken my details and asked me to send the small part of the voucher to them in Watfiord.
This salon was not shown on their website.
They don't have a hiar group salon either near where I live or where I work, although there are two on the website.
I queried this and they said those salons only take people from certain postcodes, so whilst they are in reasonable travle distance from my point of view, they won't accept people from my postcode.
They advised me to call back in the new year as they are getting salons every day.
I don't mind as I've just had my haircut.
But does show that in both cases their website was giving me incorrect information.
So I'm glad I'm getting something, but as I expected it's going to be hit & miss for people.0
