Got mine this morning - had checked there was a salon nearby before ordering yep only 10 minute drive to the town but it doesnt show on their computer as the nearest salon and just says there is not one in my area and I can not have it so was a bit of a waste for me and would have been a really carp gift if I'd given it to my sister. Hope everyone else has better success. I'm just gonna book myself an appointment at the salon round the corner to cheer myself up (this is properly very mse as even though I have to pay for the haircut i'd have gone shopping if i'd driven into town for the other salon)

Have you tried calling the salon?

I think maybe im being a bit dim but i don't understand how the hair voucher works? I get that they dont give location but where am i meant to send voucher? I have looked at the voucher and doesn't indicate that it requires sending off-in fact i think it needs to be given to the hairdressers. I got two so im a bit unsure what to do-Help please,thankyou

I am with you on this one, it makes no sense. It says to redeem go to hairgroup.co.uk to find your closest studio. It just gives town and postcode and no way to contact salon or the hairgroup company to make a booking.
Either i am missing something or it is a bit of a con. I am not giving these to anyone until i am sure you can actually redeem them.

Just wanted to say vouchers came today. I ordered all 5 and they all came. Then logged on as my dh and ordered another 5 and they all came too.

So when they say only 2 will be delivered, that's not true.

Yeah, I'm confused too. Are they supposed to contact YOU??? If so, that makes no sense as I got all the vouchers sent to me, so I gave my details, but I plan to give them to my cousin & Auntie, so can't really book the treatments for them, as I don't know when they're free.
