Not at all.
I'm picking a house and a location, and it just happens that the house is what the search throws up first.
There is no correct way to make a decision like this, providing that final result is acceptable.
I've got a very specific list of certain requirements and a much longer list of things that I'm totally open minded on.
I'm certainly not going to move to a house that's right in the wrong area.

It took me 2 months of looking before I had really pinned down exactly the type of house I now want (3 bed, walking distance of the sea, garden and parking, kent coast). I've just had my final offer rejected on one I liked enough to buy that is on the market at the moment - I guess I will start again in January because there is not much more coming on right now.
