Calling Spain via mobile
Hi
Been calling to Spain many years now on my 3 contract phone using 18866.
However thinking of cancelling mobile contract and getting pay as u go phone and sim.
Would still like to use 18866, calling access no.020 81 803 803, which comes out of my plan mins. Years ago think it was too costly to call this number from pay and go sim. But can you do it now cheaply?
Would prefer to get an o2 sim, topping up whenever needed, but can you call these access numbers cheaply from a pay and go?
If o2 no good then anyone recommend a good one

But wanted to get away with a contract phone, as it hardly gets used now.
Just want to get a pay and go sim that works with 18866 or some other similar company, to call landlines in Spain
