3 network are they debt collectors.

i had a laptop and mobile broadband contract in july 09 it was a great idea before i got it until i had some problems. firstly the broadband didnt work at all couldnt get a signal even though the web site showed we meant to. secondly the laptop broke down once (faulty battery) so we spoke to a lovely gent on the phone who suggested i cancel my contract and send laptop back to the couriers. so i did that and they gave me another laptop that same day ? WHY i didnt ask for one. so i phoned 3 up again and said my contracts cancelled and ive got another laptop here ( i have emails to back it up) so i sent that laptop back. 4 weeks later i recieve a letter for the sum of 36 pounds andi thought it must be wrong because id cancelled without charge according to 3. tonight i recieve a rather nasty call from indian customer service wanting payment immediatly of 36pounds i asked why and my contract hadnt been cancelled at all. and if i wanted to cancel it theres a charge of 36 pounds and im under contract till 2011, i asked nicely could i pay it monday but he turned around rather nastily and said no i want payment now ill get someone to phone later to collect payment as payment on monday is not good enough? EXCUSE ME ??? where do people come from speaking to folk like that. ive forwarded a email to 3 and complained.... ive been with 3 in past and always paid my bills so for him to treat me like im scum is not on..... 3 network what a joke
