tesco are in the process of becoming a supplier of broadband as well as their other phone products , so if you're thinking of changing suppliers it may pay to wait as it's sure to reduce prices all round http://business.timesonline.co.uk/tol/business/industry_sectors/retailing/article6924195.ece

Tesco already supply Broadband , they have just struck a wholesale deal with cable and wireless (which I assume means they can offer a better deal)

In August 2004 Tesco broadband, an ADSL-based service delivered via BT phone lines, was launched in partnership with NTL. In January 2006, Tesco Internet Phone, a Voice over Internet Protocol, VoIP, service was launched in conjunction with Freshtel of Australia.[64]Ex forum ambassador

Not sure why you believe that Tesco will be cheaper than their rivals, they certainly are not on most items that they sell.
Their petrol is always a few pence more than my local village garage.0 -

not unknown for Tesco to start with a loss leader to grab more market share ,assume they will target the phone/broadband etc combined market like the post office and TalkTalk , to grab market share the headline price needs to be the cheapest for a whileEx forum ambassador
