Help with cheaper texts to Canada
My boyfriend lives in Canada and I am ending up spending loads of money on sms messages each month.
I am currently with Orange and each text costs 17p. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can send messages more cheaply?
I have tried to look but there are so many services I am not sure which one to go for.
Please help!

you could try a ASDA sim payg.
I've texted a t-mobile number in turkey many times from the asda sim its costs me 4p a text.
you can buy a sim for 47p in store or free with £5 top up.
you'll need a unlocked phone to try it.or a vodaphone mobile my wife has a locked vodaphone mobile and her asda sim works in that ok
Do you know anyone using a asda sim. ask them to try a text before you buy a sim and top up
get them to check there balance then try a text then check the balance again.it may only cost 4p0
