Does anyone know "O2 retention direct number". I know it is in this forum, but I am very short of time to search for it, and if anyone knows it, I'd appreciate it.

do have to with them for minimum of a year or something for them to make a effort and offer you something good??

You should be near the end of your contract, yes. Month 11 (or 17 if you're on an 18-month contract) will do.
