nokia 5530 stylus problem - cpw

please read i need ur opinions
I purchased a nokia 5530 xm from carphone warehouse on 30th september 2009, within 2 months the clip that holds my stylus in place had broken, and it is really annoying because my stylus just keeps falling out so i took it to carphone warehouse to get it repaired. i waited 2 weeks and went back to the carphone warehouse in briggate LEEDS , the sales assistant just handed me the phone back. I looked closely at the phone to find my stylus was missing I queried this and she said I should hve been advised to keep the stylus. She then said she would order a new stylus and nothing else. I went back to CPW the next day to get some answers - as the clip was still broken. I was fuming that they had kept my phone for over 2 weeks and had not fixed it but also lost my stylus. The sales assistant bascially said they couldnt do anything as it was a manufacturer fault and that i had to go back to NOkia and get them to repair it.
I am really disappointed with the service provided by CPW. its ridiculous that they cant do anything?
please help ???

Go back to store and ask them to order you a new back cover and a new stylus due to them being lost/not fixed during repair. The form is basically a request for parts so its not guaranteed that they will definately be able to source the parts this way, but if they do they will be posted out to you via head office. This is probably going to be your quickest option in getting it sorted as stores very rarely hold spares.0

i spoke to the customer services and they said it would cost me £40 for a new back and they recommended that i should go through nokia to fix it (because its free) not to mention that we had to phone nokia ourselves and sort it ourselves so they didn't even recommend that we should phone them because we had to ask them for the number. it was ridiculous and they stylus has been dispatched so i am waiting for that.0
