Up a certain well-known creek, bereft of a paddle (and daddy), by the sound of it. :(

(Windows  . Why didn't he give her a Mac? :wall: )

Don't laugh at banana republics. :rotfl:

As a result of how you voted in the last three General Elections,
you'd now be better off living in one.

    I highly doubt its clean

    Please run COMBOFIX

Follow the simple instructions it gives
Post the COMPLETE log it creates here (Split into sections if need be)

If it comes up with a RENAMING error then RIGHT click the exe file and RENAME and call it QWERTY (Making the complete file name 'QWERTY.exe') Or SAVE as 'QWERTY' on download

  • i tried doing that, it downloads and stuff but nothing happens after. what shall i do??

Download and run the FREE version of DR WEB
    http://www.freedrweb.com/download+cureit/gr/
    Turn OFF your anti virus
    It will auto QUICK scan
After that set to scan the WHOLE computer and press the 'play' icon

***DO NOT UPGRADE TO FULL VERSION***

  • Oysterman & VictoriaK - my recommendations in view of your transcripts:

    1. Ditch computer
    2. Purchase new computer - loads of 0% finance deals around at present
    3. Stop playing games online or Xbox live

The reason for number 3 is that I was hit by a virus by one of my play buddies and it destroyed my computer. I was told by an IT guru that it is these online games that open up your computer to viruses.

Despite my recommendations AlienRik is doing a fantastic job and if his recoomendations work I will be upset I didn't appeal for help before I went to shop for assistance
  • i used kapersky and it resolved everything for me, it is a worring time when it does happen. best of luck
