Received mine Christmas Eve - too late to give as Christmas present for intended party. Haven't had chance to try it in my DVD player yet. If it is region free I will keep it for myself, as it'll probably take so long to get a refund if I return it.

Mine arrived today - was posted from Switzerland? on 8th Dec - had put a non arrival complaint into cdwow but they haven't responded.
Never had probs like this with them before -

Funny enough ours arrived today, shame I oredered from Play.com and had it in 3 days, but I've now been refunded by CDWow and my Credit Card company and have another DVD. Looks like someones getting a late xmas pressie.

I have just received mine today, I have not opened it as it has just got ntsc on the back, so I presume this is not region free. Has anyone got the same version delivered and does it work.

Hi,

Ordered mines on 8th Nov for a Christmas pressie.

Received a despatch confirmation on 9th Dec but have yet to receive the DVD.

No phone number for contact so I sent 2 emails of complaint & received replies saying I can't claim as missing until 21 days after despatch.

What a joke!!

It's already been on Sky HD - and we too were front row and are in it.

Not watched it all but I'm furious with CD-WOW and will never use them again!!

Same here I have just received mine this morning. Would really appreciate it if someone can confirm it works before I open it up - otherwise it will be going back!

Open it, and if it doesn't work send it back stating it's the wrong format.

Mine also arrived today, an NTSC version.

I've tried it on 2 DVD players and it worked fine.

Never going to use CD-WOW again. Their customer service is dreadful.

Mine finally arrived this morning, and it's Region Free but NTSC - it plays okay but certainly doesn't have the quality of picture that I'm used to from a DVD and the writing on the menu is quite fuzzy.
