Me too. Was for a christmas present but not even sure it will play in UK when it eventually does come. They have changed it from region free to region USA. Will they refund if I send it back when it does come?

I'm still waiting for this as well.

I noticed the region change early on and e-mailed them about it to confirm what region DVD would be sent. This was their response on 11 December.

In regards to 'George Michael - LIVE IN LONDON', I have forwarded a request to the buying team to get the region code checked for you. I will get back to you at the earliest on this.

Unsurprisingly, they haven't come back to me.

I emailed them when order was saying "pending dispatch" to query why region code had been changed and to cancel order. Had a reply back saying it was too late to cancel as DVD had been dispatched!! - they had conveniently changed it to "dispatched" but failed to comment on region code.

Have emailed them again tonight - will see if I get a reply!! :mad:

We still haven't recieved this yet despite a despatch of 7 days ago, and we had no notification of a region change.

I won't use them again.

My post has been for today and still no DVD - no email reply either from CDWow regarding the Region change.

Mine not come either and no reply to email. Don't know where it is or what region code is being delivered, and at this rate won't have time to buy from somewhere else in time for Christmas delivery. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!

Nor me - fed up with it all now - going to order from somewhere else because I need it for Christmas and then see if I can return this one if and when it eventually arrives - no reply to any emails doesn't fill me with confidence!
