Another day and still no dvd ................. anyone else received theirs from CD wow yet? Or has a reply to email???

Hi,

I didnt order this DVD but i ordered My Sister's Keeper DVD on 15th Nov and it arrived on 7th Dec!

I emailed them while i was waiting and they said most items are delivered within 7 days but they wont do anything until 21 days has passed and to contact them after these 21 days and they will look into it.
Luckily mine arrived a few days after i sent the email.

They do come from abroad and ive always found them rather slow :mad:

Hope everyone's orders arrive soon.

Nope to both questions, I have now cancelled my payment authority with my Credit card company.

I pre ordered the robbie williams CD at the end of october for 9th November release. After not receiving in the 1st few days after release i contacted them as the item had not even been dispatched and was told it would be between 7 and 21 days delivery, Contacted them 2nd December as still not received money has now been refunded and will not use them again.

Have received an email reply today saying to allow 21 days for delivery before contacting them, but did not respond to the fact the region code has been changed!! :rolleyes:

Will not be using them again.

Send them an e-mail saying you have cancelled your payment, and you'll get an immediate response saying to wait till the 22nd Dec, after that they'll refund you.

Mine arrived a couple of days ago. I've just had time to put it in my dvd player, and it works! I didn't think my dvd player was multi-region, but I guess it could be.

Still waiting for this - I've opened a Paypal dispute as I'd had no response to emails from CDWow and they've taken notice and have replied through Paypal. Apparantly the DVD is Region Free, their buyer has confirmed that, according to the lady who I've been in contact with and on clicking on the link on the first page of this thread, it now states it as being that in the product description.
