    Seems to have speeded up for me now on Firefox, IE was half working while Firefox wasn't.

    ETA except after I hit quick reply I got blank screen with message Cannot Display Website etc
    The website cannot display the page

    HTTP 500
    Most likely causes:
    • The website is under maintenance.
    • The website has a programming error.
    What you can try:

    Things seem a bit better to me now.
    When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.
