What cables for a 360 Elite?

I have bought an Xbox 360 Elite for DS for christmas, and we've only ever had a PS2 before.

Will all the cables we need be inside the Xbox box?

It says there is a 'standard definition cable' included aswell as 'Ethernet'... do we need anything else?

It comes with an HDMI cable, which is best (as long as your TV has an HDMI port)

Ethernet id for connecting it to t'internet.

I have bought a new LCD TV which has HDMI, so that will be fine. Thanks.

The ethernet cable will give you wired internet by connecting to your router (assuming it's long enough). If you want wireless, you will need additional kit.

yup agreed though you can buy an HDMI cable for less than M$ would probably have added to the elite price

my elite came with ethernet cable, componont, hdmi cable, standard av cable, audio splitter, and headset. all in the box, not freebies added by the store

that was the 'old' package
the new jasper elites comes with standard def cable & headset
no component,audio splitter or HDMI

well in its defence the new one has a 250gig hard drive!

***also forza 3 edition has the 250 gig hard drive, but still not all the cables as custardpie said***

thats the COD version
the normal elites are 120gb for now
