    aye. 4 in 4, which works ou as 1 a week, so 1/7th reduction.

    unless his earnings are less than £100 per week, then it's a flat £5.

    So basically if someone is self employed, and earns less that £100.00 (exactly) per week, then regardless of anything else, the amount payable to the PWC via the csa is just fiver?
    Have I understood this correctly?
