Management company ripped us off!

Hi Fire Fox,
I have requested a copy of accounts on several occasions by letter as well as other leaseholders that I know. No joy .
What we are worried about is that the Developers have went bankrupt and as they were the Directors of the Management Company, have they the right to continue as Directors of The Management Company.
Surely this should disqualify them from holding office in what appears to be another part of their company.
Are our funds being used for something other than Service Charges?
The Property Managers acting as agents will not inform us what the Service Charges are being used for or supply accounts.
Can The Property Management Company ,set up originally, use the funds which the Leaseholders provide for anything other than what it is intended for? The whole issue stinks
