    You forgot whoever made the shoes the kicker was wearing. Sure thats going to be hard to figure out but the shop owner could start proceedings against all of the shoe manufacturers they can think of, and see if the manufacturers can prove they're not involved. They're at least as guilty as the OP.

    Take some decent advice, problem is you left the bin out overnight, which depending on where you live, could be against byelaws, and could leave you open to negligence.
