Samsung TV LE32B551A Query

Bought the above 32 inch digital TV from Currys last week, my only complaint is that when you first switch it on the picture is all breaking up, even if you leave it for a few minutes. However, if I then switch the TV off and back on, the picture is fine.

I'm guessing it's not my aerial that's a problem otherwise there would be a problem with the picture even if I switched on and off.

Does anyone think this is a faulty TV?

I know it works fine after doing the above, but spending £400+ I feel I should be able to switch it on the once and be able to watch it!

Thanks.
