We must be looking at different pages... I agree with the original poster..

Sign up for a 24 month 512K contract at £15.99, and get upgraded to 1Mb for the duration of the contract....

If you read at the top of the page it says

signup for 512kb and get a FREE upgrade to 1MB for the
duraton of the initial contract.

so it is 1mb for £16.99 for 12 month contract

yep... looks good to me. 1mb for £15.99/month, that's a bargain!

From what I've been looking at you can get 1mb ADSL for £15.99 a month and no connection fee providing you subscribe for 24 months.

For shorter terms it gets more expensive AND there is a connection charge.

So you get the 1mb for 1 month to 24 months - just depends what you pay for at the start.

Must admit I'm very tempted to go for the 2 years since I'm only on 56k dial up at the moment and that's costing £14.99 a month

they do not appear on adslguide.org.uk so difficult to decide to move over to them however attractive their pricing is.

I was suprised on Thursday when I received an email from my broadband provider e7even offering me to upgrade my account from 512kbps to 1meg for the remainder of my contract (13 months) for only £35.

They seem to look after their customers well too.

just sent a posting but it seems tiscalli have upgraded there customers from 512 to 1mb for same price and an email from my isp (nildram) says it will be offering the same from tuesday
if you know different please tell me
