    Good Luck! I took a £15k pay cut when I got my current job - you can see from my signature that I could really do with that money right now!!! But you know what - I wouldn't change the career move for anything. You spend a lot of your time working, so it's got to make you happy.

    Perhaps I would have changed my spending habits though...:o
