Broadband - best for low user?

Hi there,
We don't use the net much at home but would like to have broadband so that it is at least fast when we connect.
Main usage:
Check e-mail - 4 times per week
Browse sites - 2-3 hours per week
Download music - 20 tracks per week
Can anyone advise the best package for us (12 month contract if we have to, no contract if possible).
Also, would love to earn cash-back on broadband signup via Quidco or GreasyPalm etc...
