forward the paypal email to ebay and they will let u know if its a scammer
Of course its as Scam Also paypal will tell you everything is a Scam even there own emails
make sure u say in listing that they should not bid if they have no feedback and to get in touch first if they are genuine ebayers
Thats a worthless statement as it cannot be enforced and you may put off genuine buyers and it wont stop anyone sniping. Your better off just setting your seller preferences very tight. This will weed out most of the scams0 -

Also read the emails you recieved for any spelling or grammer mistakes, at first they look genuine but look close.
Forward the email to spoof@paypal.co.uk
I am sorry to say I find the "Mud Hut" comment a little offensive..
Nigeria has its issues, but that statement is over the edge.

I didn’t mean to sound spiteful but if people are buying iPhones ect and they live in a very poor area then its a good sign that they are upto no good.0 -

i am sure we all know when someone is trying to scam us i wasnt saying other wise, if we just ignored these scammers and let them get on with it then this is why they keep doin it, by forwarding the mail to paypal could potentially stop them thats the only reason why i said to forward it to them no need to be so harsh.
i used ebay for sellin a while ago and made a lot of money from it i always put on the listing no bidders with less than 5 feedback and explained why if anyone wanted to bid they had to email first, i never lost any money from it or customers. so no it wasnt a useless statement if it worked for me then maybe it will work for someone else i am allowed my own view after all.best win in 2011:eek: 4 nights in Las Vegas
2011 wins £8,752.000 -

How do you know you didn't lose any money or customers? I see a statement like that in a listing and the first thing I think is theat the seller hasn't got a clue how ebay works. If I think that so I would assume do experienced scammers. You are allowed your own view I never said you weren't as I am allowed mine and I am allowed to point out were I think there are flaws in your points. Its called a discussion0
