Will T-Mobile UK Replace or faulty handset?
I've just got a new mobile - Qtek 9100 on T-mobile. The problem is 2 of the keys on the keyboard is not respondsive. This mobile is less than a week old. Will t-mobile send me a replacement to exchange or will they want me to send it in for repair. Vodafone is quite good in that they exchange the handset the next day. Does t-mobile work the same? I can't afford to be without my phone in the next few weeks.

Did you buy online or from a store? A firend of mine bought from a store and she had 3 faulty nokias, they exchanged them in store there and then.0

Bought it online from scancom. T-mobile would not swap the phone and would only arrange repair after 28 days. Scancom would swap but i need to send the phone in first for them to assess the problem. T-mobile are not very helpful. Think i'll just live with it for the next few weeks.0
