For goodness sake get a grip Lucy , is it really that difficult to just move the bloody car a couple of feet so the workmen can do the job and go?
Presumeably you didn't get pregnant on your own so it should be safe to assume you must have at least some form of 'Male' about the house containing a backbone?
Why do people complicate things so much? You could have had the car moved hours ago by now and been done with it. You should be grateful you have a tolerant landlord who allows you to do up an old banger on thier property in the first place.
(And so should your BF!) LOL
it wasnt just a couple of feet they wanted it mooving though, they wanted it moving off the drive totally.there was no way i could take the fence down,and push the car off the drive onto the road on my own! the only male in the house was the workman, as partner was at work. and the car is definatly no old banger!!0
