Can I get out of my contract before i sign on paper?

i signed up with telewest and they installed everything a month ago for broadband (up to 4 megs), phone (free weekend l/line) and starter pack tv but immediately regretted it as i hadnt realised how little was on the tv pack, I already had a freeview box. I joined up online and now they have sent out a contract for me to sign. Can I still threaten to leave at this stage? Anyone been in this situation?
many thanks

No in a nutshell. Even if it was done with the 30 day money back guarantee you are still out of time.
Also if you immediatly regretted it why did you leave it over a month to ask the question instead of trying to do something right away?

i tell a lie, it wasn't a motnh ago, it will be a month on the 15th, so you think i can get out of it? i'm hoping they'll give ma a better deal maybe, is this realistic you think?

try and see if you took it out under the 30 day money back guarantee see the link below. If this is the case then ring up and cancel.

I also asked a question whether if you threaten to leave in the 30 day money back period because you had seen something better would they lower your cost.

If you do try this please let me know how you got on
