I would also complain to CS while you are on the phone getting a new card they might give you some points to make up for it! x
Just got off the phone to Boots - they are srting it out and have credited me 300 points by way of an apology. I didn't even have to ask for extra points- they offered them right away.ELITE 5:2

Hi girls -
can anyone remember if this Time Delay Night Serum is the one which had exactly the same ingredients as the Protect & Perfect, apart from 'fragrance'?
Some of the older (I mean 'ahem' - original!) Bootsers might know. If so then this really is a bargain! I thought they stopped making it when they changed the packaging.

Well, all I can say is for 20p, it's got a very nice texture! And at that price, you can afford to put it on any part of your body that you so wish! HTH

Just popped into my local to look at the radiance thingy (got last one - looks lovely) and they have large signs next to the all the reduced SEL labels saying '"£5 off with your voucher". Don't accept any grumpy SAs saying no people!!'How glorious it is to be an exception....' proud to be a mathematician
