Errr, excuse me but I'm not being paranoid as you so delicately put it, I'm stating a fact. The first time I purchased this item the SA over-rided the till and I gained the full 24 points - no problems. However as I've already stated, the second time at a different branch I gained just 4 points - YOU do the Maths! Don't be so jumpy and nasty !0 -

Perhaps it's to do with how they worked it on the till. Presumably they could either override the price of the product making it £1, or they could scan it in as £6 and then take a £5 off. This would account for the difference in points.
Either way, why don't you just look at it as a great product at a great price and enjoy using it.“All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt.” Charles M Schulz0 -
There are a number of ways to override the till, obviously the two times you went in, it was done differently, but I really don't think that justifies saying she was lying and "covering up for her sneekiness(sic) in finding every-which-way possible to reduce my points total". As I said, the SA cannot manually change the amount of points someone receives for a purchase, imagine the potential for havoc if they could!
So often on here people seem to be anti-SA so when someone says something that is not correct or possible (such as the above) I thought I would stand up for them.0 -
