    hi mustbedebtfree - we are also in scotland and are waiting for our trustee to make us bankrupt (taking an age while I sit about worrying lol). Are you going down this path too?

    I'm hoping to do the TD and avoid the BR route if possible.
    Did your TD not become protected

    No surprises there, the day I went BR I went for a drink with my BF and I needed the sat nav to drive to his house, a journey I have been doing for ages! I kept turning off on the wrong junction on the dual carriageway!
