Maybe its cos I am full of the cold and not myself but when I read what the judge said it actually brought a tear to my eye (big sap that I am! lol) Its lovely that he said that to you.

So pleased it went well for you confused! What a lovely judge he sounds.

When I called the court to make our appointment I started to get a bit teary and the lady on the phone was lovely, she told me not to get upset, that I was doing the right thing and so on, that actually made me worse!! I think they see a lot of people like us.

Hope you get a good nights sleep tonight x

I only found this forum on the day I came back from court.

I was exhausted and a bit tearful, but it was a huge relief to know that I was now debt free and no-one could worry or harrass me for money I just didnt have anymore.

Thankfully everyone on this forum helped me and is still helping me along the way. You are making your first huge step and it will get easier from here on.....

They are not monsters in court and they wont judge you. They will help you. Be honest and it will all be ok.

Sleep well. You have nothing to worry about.
