My top tip is take some tissues-the tears of relief and gratitude can be surprisingly hard to stop!

I went straight to my car and ate a sausage roll and a large bar of chocolate after court.

I did that couldn't got to slimming world last night - they tell you off if you put weight on.

At least they only tell you off, when I get on the scales they scream 'one at a time!':rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I only ever cheated on a diet when I went to SW or WW.

Slim fast and one meal a day is great for me

Made me laugh when the SW consultant used to get the ache if you couldn't stay to the meeting.

Because of course, I'm dying to win the raffle consisting of star prizes like Low fat cheese speads that have been sitting in a stuffy church hall for hours and dregs from someones fruit bowl:rotfl::rotfl:

When I walked out of court I was trying to hide so no one would see me, had a canny walk back to the car, was talking to DH about how he felt, just like me, bizarrely elated inside as it was all over. Got in the car and drove to have a KFC as we were starving. Drove home to get on with organising my little ones 1st birthday the next day. I remember feeling very happy that afternoon, I was joking and remembered feeling it's been years since I felt loose and free like that. I must have been bogged down with debt, must have been even before we had a real problem paying it. Must have.

oooooh roll on tomorrow, get it over and done with, you'll be loads lighter even if you don't fell that sudden 'weight lifted' feeling.. I didn't - lighter is the way I would describe it for me
