Quidco iPhone - if I port number will I loose cashback ?
I ordered an iPhone 3GS 32Gb on 02 from mobiles.co.uk using Quidco.
So I am expecting to get £60 cashback.
The status of my earnings on Quidco for this transaction show:
12 Nov 2009 22:45:00 Mobiles.co.uk 0.00 0.01 tracked* ~ Dec 2009
16 Nov 2009 09:35:00 Mobiles.co.uk 0.00 59.99 validated ~ Dec 2009
So it has tracked and been validated.
I want to know if I can now port my old vodafone number to my iPhone "WITHOUT" loosing my cashback.
I have my PAC code from vodafone so its just the matter of ringing O2 now.
A Quidco representative has told me that once the transaction has been validated you can port your number.
I would just like to be sure that this is the case and if anyone else has done or knows anything about this.

Porting your number has absolutely no impact on Quidco.
To be honest there's a lot of paranoia about losing Quidco cashback but I'm struggling to think of anything a customer can do (other than not following their instructions when you click through, using a voucher code or returning the phone for cancellation) that would affect it.
